CPEX3635L Series Flat-Wire High Current Power Inductor

CODACA's CPEX3635L series super high current power inductor is a bigger and extended version of the CPEX series. The higher current rating of up to 126 A and a size of 35.7 mm x 34.2 mm x 36.0 mm make the CPEX3635L inductors suitable for energy storage power supplies requiring a high current and lower core losses.

The CPEX3635L is designed with flat wire and a magnetic powder EQ core offering up to 80% utility ratio of the core window area resulting in greatly reduced DCR and core losses. The magnetic powder core with soft-saturation characteristics can withstand high peak current and offers high saturation current and ultra-low AC losses to minimize power losses and increase power conversion efficiency. This makes the inductors suitable for high-temperature and high-power applications such as PV inverters, motor controllers, automotive electronics, agricultural UAVs, and more.
