The Microchip BB22H52A is a structured evaluation platform designed for electronic technicians and application engineers who need to assess multiple DC/DC converter topologies under consistent test conditions. The board integrates seven independent submodules, each implementing a different switching regulator configuration, allowing direct measurement and comparison of efficiency, ripple, and transient behavior. The platform supports both buck and boost converters, including LED driver evaluation, with accessible test points for current, voltage, and waveform probing.
