These include TO-126, TO-220, TO-247, TO-227, TO-238, and TO-263 (D-PAK), with rated power ranges of 20 W, 35 W, 50 W, 100 W, and 200 W. The non-inductive design of these elements is ideally suited for high-frequency and pulse-loading applications.

The main applications are variable speed drives, power supplies, control devices, LED, telecommunications, robotics, motor controls, and other switching devices. Special and custom-designed components are available upon request.
