Amphenol ICC DIN 41612 High Temperature | DigiKey Daily

Amphenol’s FCI Basics DIN 41612 HT are 2.54 mm and 5.08 mm headers and receptacles that use a high temperature resin for the housing to meet the fire safety standards for industrial and transportation applications. The connectors are compliant with EN45545 and other industrial standards, making them suitable for railway, medical, and hazardous product platforms. Connectors are available in up to 96 positions, with optional selective contact loading to improve reliability and prevent arcing as well as a rear plug up option. The insulator is a UL94V-0 high temperature thermoplastic polyester. The connectors have an operating temperature range up to 125°C and contacts are rated up to 2 A max.
