The SPM1005 series operates from a 5 V or 3.3 V input and output voltage can be set between 0.6 V and 3.3 V. It can provide 6 A maximum load with very high efficiency up to 96% at 3 A and 94% at 6 A. Switching frequency is adjustable and can be synchronized to an external clock signal. The SPM1005 also supports tracking between modules during start-up. This module is available in an LGA package 9 x 11 x 3 mm and can deliver full load at up to 85°C ambient with no forced air.
