All SPM series modules use a compact, low profile Land Grid Array (LGA) package with standard pads 0.63 mm square. This package provides good thermal management and can be mounted on the secondary side of the PCB in space-critical applications. The package is suitable for standard PCB assembly processes, and uses a standard reflow profile.
